3. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during towing.

5. Our liability is limited to the towing service itself and does not cover any incidental damages.

6. All services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Cancellation fees may apply if a service request is canceled after dispatch.
